Intervening UNAM - 2 Schemes

In this project, we are asked to create a "denaturalizing" architecture by incorporating cinematic effects of avant-garde film and place it somewhere near UNAM library. Additionally, our design should derives from the previous UNAM mapping drawdle.

Process:

1. start by orienting my drawdle around to come up with the shape of my building

2. some sketches for some possibilities

Scheme 1: This building has total of four floors, and one is underground, including some outdoor spaces on the roof.

Scheme 2: The shape of each level comes from the shape of the drawdle circulation. Total of six floors, incorporating some large transparent spaces and outdoor spaces. Woods represents the elevators and that is how people circulate in the building. The bottom floor is underground.
